NicePack Technology & Advantages
The VePack P-series has been originally designed for Iceberg Lettuce. Thanks to machine modifications and special film developments, the systems now can also be used for the packaging of Broccoli, Cauliflower, Melons and other Fruit & vegetables.
Each specially developed packing film has been optimized for optimal processing and maximum shelf life. The packing system combines an innovative packing design (closed but breathable, tight packing with seal at the butt) with an efficient and modular machine concept. With a single unit, one person can clean & pack up to 17 products per minute. The capacity can be scaled up modular. With a complete harvesting rig, up to almost 120 heads per minute can be packed and handled in the field.
Either plain or pre-printed film can be used, and combinations are possible with automatic labeling, stamping or printing. These option give you the best possible presentation and ensure that product identification and tracking & tracing requirements can be met.
